Consultation

The area is cleansed before a sterile dermaroller is carefully applied using a controlled technique.

Aftercare
The treated area may appear red and feel warm, tight or sensitive. Temporary swelling, pinpoint bleeding, dryness or flaking may also occur.

No. Dermarolling may improve their texture and visibility, but it cannot guarantee complete removal.
Can all scars be treated?
No. Suitability depends on the scar’s type, age, condition and location. Raised, painful, actively changing or complex scars may require medical assessment.
How many treatments will I need?
A course is usually recommended because improvements develop gradually. Anita will advise on the number and spacing of sessions following assessment.
Is there any downtime?
Redness, warmth, tightness and sensitivity are common immediately afterwards. Mild swelling, pinpoint bleeding, dryness or flaking can also occur.
