What is a Laser Carbon Peel?

A Laser Carbon Peel, sometimes called the “Hollywood Peel” or “China Doll Facial”, is a non-invasive, painless laser treatment designed to deep-clean, exfoliate, and
refresh the skin. It combines medical-grade carbon paste with a specialized laser,
helping to reduce oiliness, acne, enlarged pores, and dull skin — all while boosting collagen production.

It’s popular for giving the skin an instant bright, glowing finish with zero downtime, making it ideal before special events or as a part of regular skincare maintenance.

  • Application of Carbon Mask: A thin layer of liquid carbon is applied to the face. This carbon penetrates deep into the pores, absorbing oil, impurities, dead skin cells, and toxins.
  • Laser Treatment: A Q-switched laser is passed over the skin. The laser light is attracted to the dark carbon particles, heating and vaporising them along with the debris they’ve absorbed.

Treatment Process:

Cleansing:

Your face is cleansed to remove makeup, oil, or surface dirt.

Carbon Application:

 A charcoal-like carbon cream is applied and left to dry for about 10–15 minutes.

Laser Pass:

A Q-switched laser is used in two stages:

  • First to heat the carbon, encouraging it to bind to impurities.
  • Then to shatter and remove the carbon along with dirt and dead skin cells.

Soothing Serum & SPF:

 A calming serum and sunscreen are applied to protect the fresh skin.

Aftercare:

  • Avoid hot water, saunas, or steam rooms for 24 hours.
